A very good farewell yesterday and today at office. The boston trip finally coming to an end. I have flight tomorrow at 4:20 P. Lufthansa through Frankfurt. My luggage is over the weight limit and trying to reduce as much as possible. A 23Kg per bag doesn't make any sense. The previous limit of 32 was perfect for me. Every time I pack, I somehow mysteriously reach the weight of 30-32 Kg.

I ordered Motofone F3 yesterday for obvious reasons! yeah, no camera and well goes with ODC policy in bangalore. Its an inexpensive phone having just the features I use, make/receive calls, read message and call back, time. Thats it!

Now back to the point, which phone do I buy? I need a decent phone with camera, FM (i think). Nokia N72 seems a very good option but with a restriction around using it on weekdays, have to evaluate if its worth buying now.

Time for something like a Vegetable Biryani!

- Fry Onion in oil, mustard etc. ,
- add some vegetables - tomato, potato, beans
- fry/boil/do whatever for some time
- add rice
- add water and boil the whole thing...

- veg biryani is ready... (i guess)

Continuous thoughts of whether to take GMAT or not on June 25th. I know I can complete all the materials by then. But with the current Verbal scores and no improvement in last one week, will the final scores really be good or I have to try something totally different. To try out something totally different (dont know what) will take some time and I can't take the test on June 25. If I dont take the test then, and since I am returning to India end of June, it will be difficult to keep up the momentum of study! hmm.... Will wait for score improvements till last minute...

Well, it took a full 24 hours to get my mind back on track from a disastrous practice test. Quant went well with 33/37 correct but Verbal going down at 21/41 correct was huge disappointment giving a total score of 590 in a practice test held at Kaplan Center. The test gave me clear idea of what I have to focus on (I knew it from before though) and hopefully I will make it by June 25th, the date I have set for myself!

What does this mean? Its often easier to fight for something (freedom) than live up to expectations? what is a principle here?

World Trade Center a movie that would have run for over 2 hours got over is just 15 mins thanks to 20x fast forward option of DVD. I could have stopped the movie but somehow I feel a movie has be seen in full :)
